Your records, kept in sync.

A personal automation app that brings authorized statement emails and a configured Google Sheet into one routine: review the records, keep balances current and receive useful reminders.

Currently operated privately for personal use. This website provides information; account connections are managed in the operator’s private automation setup.

A ROUTINE WITH A CLEAR RECORD

From a source
to a useful reminder.

  1. Authorize the source

Connect Google through its consent screen.

  2. Read and review

Process supported statements and configured sheet entries.

  3. Keep records consistent

Validate amounts, dates and duplicate records.

  4. Bring the result back

Update the workbook and send configured Telegram summaries.

Less routine work.
A clearer view.

The automation supports record keeping and reminders. You review the source and decide what to do next.

01 / STATEMENTS

Make supported emails useful.

Read configured issuer emails and supported statement attachments to extract bill amounts, due dates and transaction records. Unsupported or inconsistent records are flagged for review.

02 / YOUR WORKBOOK

Keep a consistent finance view.

Synchronize configured investment entries, income, balances and liabilities with private records, then refresh the workbook’s portfolio and finance summaries.

03 / REMINDERS

See what needs attention.

Send current payment reminders and account summaries to the configured Telegram chat. Messages can contain financial amounts, relevant dates and account or card labels.

04 / OPTIONAL RESEARCH

Add context to your portfolio.

Separate research workflows can combine public market news with portfolio context using Google Gemini. This can send asset names, values and allocations to Google’s AI service. It provides research to review; it does not execute trades.

UNDERSTAND THE CONNECTION

Why the app
uses Google data.

Google authorization lets the private automation work with the connected account. Reading this website does not connect your Google account.

Read the privacy policy before authorizing access.

Google Sheets · Read and write

Read entries and write calculated summaries in the configured finance workbook. The Sheets permission can cover spreadsheets accessible to the connected account; the workflows target the workbook configured by the operator.

Google Drive · File and metadata access

The Sheets connector can request Drive permissions to identify and work with spreadsheet files. Its metadata permission can be broader than the single workbook actively used. It is not used to collect unrelated Drive document contents.

Gmail · Read only

Where connected, search and read supported finance emails and their attachments. Gmail read-only permission can allow mailbox-wide reading; the intake uses configured issuer filters. It does not send, delete or change emails.

Your access remains your choice.

You can remove authorization in your Google Account connections. This stops future authorized access after existing access tokens are invalidated. To delete records already stored by the app, contact adarshkumar167@gmail.com. Revocation and stored-data deletion are separate actions.
