1. The service and its operator

Kiro Gmail is a personal productivity app operated by Adarsh Kumar. It processes supported finance emails and statement attachments, synchronizes a configured Google workbook with private records, and delivers selected reminders and summaries. Separate portfolio-research workflows may use Google Gemini as described in the privacy policy.

The app is currently privately operated for personal use. This public website explains the app and provides contact and policy information. It does not offer public sign-up, a paid subscription or access to someone else’s financial records. Kiro Gmail is independently operated and is not made, endorsed or operated by Google.

2. Authorized use and account responsibility

Connect only accounts, workbooks, documents and Telegram chats that you own or are authorized to use. Google connections are made through Google’s authorization process in the private automation setup. Review the requested permissions before authorizing access.

Keep your accounts and automation access secure. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or authorization tokens through this public website or support email. Do not use the service to access another person’s information without permission, distribute private records, or interfere with the app or its connected services.

3. Review important information independently

Supported document layouts, source data and synchronization can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Records flagged for review need an authorized person’s attention. Confirm bill amounts, payments and due dates with the issuer, and confirm investment records and valuations against the relevant original sources.

The app supports record keeping and informational research. It does not execute bank payments or investment trades, and its summaries are not professional financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Forecasts and research may be wrong. You remain responsible for your decisions, payments and account activity.

4. Availability, third-party services and costs

Workflows depend on the operator’s infrastructure, internet connectivity, Google permissions and third-party services. Access can stop because of outages, expired or revoked authorization, provider limits or maintenance. There is no uptime, delivery-time or error-free-operation guarantee for this personal setup.

No paid plan is offered on these pages. Hosting, connectivity, messaging or AI services may have separate costs under the account holder’s arrangements with those providers. These pages do not authorize a purchase or a paid subscription.

Google, Telegram, Tailscale and any other connected provider operate under their own terms and policies. Their availability and handling of information are outside the operator’s direct control.

5. Privacy and ending access

The Kiro Gmail privacy policy explains data access, use, connected services, storage, retention and deletion requests. Review it before authorizing a connection.

You can revoke the app’s Google authorization in Google Account connections or contact the operator to stop the automation. Revocation does not automatically delete records already imported or Telegram messages already delivered. Contact the operator to request correction, an export or deletion of stored application records.

6. Changes and support

Features, supported document formats and these terms may change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes affecting data access or sharing will be disclosed in the privacy policy before that processing begins, with additional consent where required.
